Angelique de Hont appointed managing director of Matter

Effective April 2025, Angelique de Hont has been appointed managing director of Matter. She succeeds Olivier Smit and will be ultimately responsible for the agency group, consisting of MPG, Gicom and Matter New York.

Angelique joined as COO in 2022 and brings years of experience from the creative and digital agency world. She previously held director roles at Superunion (VBAT), Publicis Groep Nederland, Selmore, Growing Minds and Saatchi & Saatchi | Leo Burnett, among others.
