Inspiring stakeholders from a pioneering position
Area developer BPD informs and inspires parties throughout the chain.
With the major housing and development challenges the Netherlands faces, area developer BPD actively takes its role: informing and inspiring stakeholders throughout the sector. This content contributes directly to building healthy communities.
BPD Magazine is published three times a year, with a dedicated edition produced for BPD Germany. The magazine positions BPD as a thought leader, offering multiple perspectives on key issues and trends relevant to all stakeholders in area development.

Building healthy neighborhoods involves much more than just construction. BPD identifies trends, both in the Netherlands and abroad, engages in dialogue with policymakers, architects, and developers, and explores pressing issues within the field.
From bio-based building and financial feasibility to the importance of creating spaces for connection. Each topic is approached with one guiding question: how can we ensure that future residents truly feel at home and happy where they live?
Per edition, two different versions hit the mat, one Dutch and one German, and we deliver three dossiers on social sustainability, social real estate and PPP. Supplemented by more than fifteen in-depth interviews with experts.
